Alaina Goesling, ND, LAc, FABNG

Alaina is a licensed naturopath and acupuncturist specializing in integrative gastroenterology and microbiome health. She treats IBS, SIBO, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, GERD, IBD, and other complex digestive conditions, with a special interest in how the gut microbiome, hormones, and endometriosis interact, including gut-driven pelvic pain and vaginal microbiome imbalances.

She earned her ND and Master's in Acupuncture from Bastyr University and completed a two-year residency in naturopathic gastroenterology in Portland. She is a Fellow of the American Board of Naturopathic Gastroenterology and serves on its Board of Medical Examiners.

Her care blends conventional and naturopathic medicine, including nutrition, botanicals, and acupuncture, with a focus on root causes and shared decision-making.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys travel, art, pickleball, and her Alaskan Malamute, Queen.
