Colleen Hayes, ND

Colleen is a licensed naturopath specializing in women's health and hormones, gastroenterology, and mental-emotional wellbeing, three areas she sees as deeply linked. She has prescribed bioidentical hormones for many years and pairs them with botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, and hydrotherapy. She also works with patients who have complex, overlapping conditions, including endometriosis, MCAS, hEDS, POTS, and pelvic congestion syndrome.

She graduated from Bastyr University in 2014 and completed a residency in complex chronic illness and women's health at Holistique Medical Center in Seattle. She has extensive training in fertility care and became a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner in 2025. Her path to naturopathy began with her own recovery from inflammatory bowel disease.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys adventures with her young son, making herbal remedies, and finding the best spots to sauna and cold plunge.
