Colleen Hayes, ND
Colleen Hayes, ND is a naturopath who specializes in women's health and hormones, gastroenterology, and mental-emotional wellbeing — a trifecta she finds inextricably linked. Dr. Hayes has been prescribing bioidentical hormones for many years and often pairs botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, and hydrotherapy to achieve lasting results. She is a budding dream analyst and believes the secret to healing usually lies in an incredible night's sleep.
Dr. Hayes also focuses on patients with complex, overlapping conditions including endometriosis, mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), connective tissue disorders such as hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), and pelvic congestion syndrome (PCS).
Her ongoing professional development includes extensive training in fertility care, most recently through Dr. Jaclyn Chasse's Perfect Fertility Course, and she became a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner in 2025.
Dr. Hayes graduated from Bastyr University in 2014 and completed a residency at Holistique Medical Center in Seattle, where she trained in complex chronic illness and women's health. She later served as a staff physician at a naturopathic midwifery clinic focused on infertility and pediatrics.
"I decided to go the naturopathic route for my career after I myself experienced a radical remission of a chronic inflammatory bowel disease that was supposed to be a lifelong battle. Unsatisfied by the conventional offerings of symptom suppression, instead I dug deep into areas like nutrition and stress management and eventually, I fully healed. I didn't know it at the time, but it was my first experience practicing naturopathic medicine and it gave me the confidence to know that another way is always possible."
When not at clinic, you can find Dr. Hayes adventuring with her young son, creating herbal remedies in her kitchen, and finding all the best places to sauna and cold plunge.
Dr. Hayes sees patients at Full Spectrum Fibroid & Endometriosis on Fridays.
