Dr. Winner specializes in fertility-sparing surgery, offering minimally invasive approaches even for patients with advanced endometriosis or large uterine fibroids. She is passionate about patient education and advocacy, ensuring that each person fully understands their diagnosis and treatment options.

Reflecting this commitment, she has been recognized as a Seattle Met Top Doc, and among the top 10% of all Washington University physicians for patient satisfaction. She has received multiple awards including On-Time Doctor, Compassionate Doctor, and Patients’ Choice from Vitals.com, and is highly rated with hundreds of five-star reviews across Google, Yelp, and Healthgrades.

Her research has been published in several peer-reviewed journals including The New England Journal of Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the Journal of Minimally Invasive Gynecology. She is also a featured expert on platforms like iCareBetter and Roon, and has been invited as a guest on multiple women’s health podcasts.

Originally from Alaska, Dr. Winner earned her medical degree at the University of Washington. She completed both her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology and a two-year fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at Washington University in St. Louis, where she later served on faculty for five years.

After relocating to Seattle, she held leadership roles as Medical Director for Gynecologic Surgery and Quality, taught residents from the University of Washington, and helped establish the Swedish OB/GYN Residency Program — one of the first in the country to implement a specialty tracking system.

In founding Full Spectrum Fibroid & Endometriosis, Dr. Winner assembled an innovative, multidisciplinary team including two gynecologists, a dietitian, acupuncturist, pelvic floor physical therapist, and mental health provider. Together, they provide expert, compassionate care throughout diagnosis, surgery, and long-term recovery. For complex surgical cases, she collaborates with a trusted network of radiologists, colorectal surgeons, urologists, and general surgeons to ensure the safest possible outcomes.
