Sarah Moore
Sarah Moore is a registered dietitian nutritionist who specializes in women's health. She helps clients find relief from or learn how to better manage symptoms related to endometriosis, PCOS, insulin resistance, digestive concerns, emotional eating, and other chronic health conditions through a compassionate, personalized approach to care. She is a Mind-Body-Eating Coach and Board-Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management specializing in metabolic health, gastro-intestinal conditions, and sustainable weight management. Her approach is both detail-oriented and big-picture, incorporating nutrition counseling, gut health, meal planning, stress, sleep, movement, and emotional wellness to create realistic, sustainable strategies for long-term healing and well-being. This may include evaluating micronutrients, lab trends, digestive symptoms and root causes, eating patterns, lifestyle habits, and relationship with food to support lasting improvement and a more empowered understanding of health.
With a background in integrative and functional nutrition education from Bastyr University, Sarah promotes a non-restrictive, inclusive approach to nutrition that encourages balanced, sustainable changes tailored to each person’s unique lifestyle and needs. She understands how overwhelming health challenges can feel and works collaboratively with clients to provide practical guidance, personalized nutrition support, and evidence-informed recommendations related to supplements when appropriate, all without shame, rigid rules, or all-or-nothing thinking.
Sarah offers both telehealth and in-person appointments and accepts a variety of commercial insurance plans. Sarah sees patients at the Full Spectrum Fibroid & Endometriosis clinic on the second Tuesday of every month.
