Tina L Michalski, MSW, LICSW

Tina is a mental health therapist who offers a compassionate, safe space to explore the emotional, psychological, and deeper personal impact of the challenges individuals face while living with and managing chronic physical pain.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, she collaborates with patients to develop practical coping strategies, increase self-awareness, and cultivate self-compassion.

Using a strengths-based, mindful approach, her work focuses on supporting patients by validating their inner resources and acknowledging their resilience alongside their pain—helping individuals feel heard, supported, and less alone.

Tina offers free 30-minute initial consultations, and full 60-minute therapy sessions.

She sees patients in person at both locations at Glow Natural Health Center, with offices in Madison Valley and West Seattle, and at Full Spectrum Fibroid & Endometriosis in Ballard, and she also offers telehealth visits. 

Tina is an in-network provider with Premera, Regence, Lifewise, and First Choice.

Tina sees patients at the Full Spectrum Fibroid & Endometriosis Clinic on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month.
