I offer a compassionate, safe space to explore the emotional, psychological, and deeper personal impact of the challenges individuals face while living with and managing chronic physical pain.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, I collaborate with patients to develop practical coping strategies, increase self-awareness, and cultivate self-compassion.

Using a strengths-based, mindful approach, my work focuses on supporting patients by validating their inner resources and acknowledging their resilience alongside their pain—helping individuals feel heard, supported, and less alone.

I work at both locations at Glow Natural Health Center, with offices in Madison Valley and West Seattle, Full Spectrum Fibroid & Endometriosis in Ballard, and remotely from my home.

I am an in-network provider with Premera, Regence, Lifewise, and First Choice.

Tina sees patients at the Full Spectrum Fibroid & Endometriosis Clinic on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month.
